I pride myself on working from a Client-Centered Approach which focuses on my client's needs by reaching their personal goals within counselling sessions.
Using empathy and compassion to help my client's address areas of their life they would like to change, while building self help skills to assist in life's journey.
I use a variety of approaches such as CBT, Strength-Based Perspective, Solution-Focused, Mindfulness and Addictions.
Sessions can be billed through most insurances or benefit providers.
I think our time in life is precious.
I believe we all have to take the time and explore the opportunities to allow us to challenge and be the best version of ourselves.
I love music and enjoy dancing which is a passion of mine. I enjoy the simplicity of what life has to offer. Connecting and feeling grounded with nature by surrounding myself in the wilderness makes me feel at peace.
Within my practice it's important to me that my clients feel heard, safe and supported.
